Lectio Divina

Read. Reflect. Pray. Rest.

Lectio Divina is a Latin word meaning, “divine reading.” It is a beautiful way to slow down with scripture by reading what it says, reflecting on what it means, responding in prayer and resting in Him and His love.

"Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from Him." Psalm 62:5
